Policies
* Upon arrival time, keys will be waiting
* Check In Time is 4:00 pm
* Check Out is by 10:00 am
* All facilities are Non-Smoking
* Security Deposit required to hold your reservation.
* Rental Fee and Pet Fee (if applicable) due 30 days prior to arrival
* All reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date, your deposit will be returned minus a $30 processing fee. If your reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date all money is non-refundable but the reservation may be rescheduled (one time only) within 6 months. If your reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the reservation start date, there can be no refund or reschedule. * * New River Retreat, LLC cannot refund money due to circumstances beyond our control including inclement weather and other natural occurances.
