The kingfisher is a valiant bird that fishes for its living, diving headfirst into the water to catch fish. This symbolizes the ability to draw life out of the water and reflects the kingfisher's gift of creating opportunities for prosperity. According to legend, if a kingfisher is around, new sunshine and prosperity will unfold in your life. The kingfisher is a symbol of abundance and that is our wish for guests at Kingfisher's Call. Kingfisher's Call is located at 4256 Paradise Road Hiwassee, VA 24347

From I-81, take exit 89-A (Hillsville, Hwy 100 South)
Drive approximately 6.4 miles and turn left onto Gardner Road
(Gardner Road becomes Boone Furnace Road)
Travel approximately 4.7 miles (staying on hard surfaced road)
Turn left onto Julia Simpkins Road
Travel 3.3 miles and turn left on Clark Road
Travel 1.5 miles and turn slight right onto Paradise Road
