Inside Serendipity, the spacious sunroom features a bar with a wine refrigerator as well as a comfortable seating area, the perfect place for morning coffee with a forest view. The heart of the house is the grand, stone wood-burning fireplace in the great room. The formal dining room is elegantly furnished built to accommodate large family gatherings. Upstairs, the enormous game room has a pool table, darts, multiple TVs and more. As one of New River Retreat's largest properties, Serendipity is ideal for gatherings, weddings and special events.
